When I first learned about self-care it was all about time to do things I didn't have time to do while working or raising my kids. And I loved that time! It was wonderful to have a chance to do the things I never had time to do.
But when that moment was over, it didn't really do anything for me.
I often hear from women that they have no time for self-care. Breathing? Gratitude? Mindfulness? No way--there's not enough time.
I hear you. You're busy and self-care practices often fall to the bottom of the list. However, I think we can find a pocket of time for you.
