When we juggle work, friends and family, volunteering and passion projects, the stress can be enormous.
We know we're doing too much but we don't know what to let go. On top of that, the most important aspects of our lives can be ignored because urgent items steal our time, energy, and attention. And self-care can feel like a distant dream, something we'll do someday when we have time.

Our sessions will involve a little bit of introspection, a dash of learning, and a lot of implementation.
You will work with me to examine your life, identify sources of stress and alleviate them. Along the way, you'll learn techniques for reducing stress focusing on the 3 core areas from my Stress-Relief Triad as well as filling your wellness toolbox with tools that work for you.
You'll learn to use my 3x3 framework to filter a lot of stress out of your life and to support yourself in being a person who can handle other stressors in a healthy way.
There'll be learning and discussion, introspection, and plenty of opportunity for you to experiment, practice, and ask questions.
