What is it Like to Work With Sandy?
Our sessions will involve a little bit of introspection, a dash of learning, and a lot of implementation.
You will work with me to examine your life, identify sources of stress and alleviate them. Along the way, you'll learn techniques for reducing stress focusing on the 3 core areas from my Stress-Relief Triad as well as filling your wellness toolbox with tools that work for you.
You'll learn to use my 3x3 framework to filter a lot of stress out of your life and to support yourself in being a person who can handle other stressors in a healthy way.
There'll be learning and discussion, introspection, and plenty of opportunity for you to experiment, practice, and ask questions.

In the 3 months worth of weekly coaching sessions, Sandy helped me to identify my fears as well as easy, manageable steps I could take to move beyond them. By the end of each session, I knew exactly what I was going to work on during the week and just as importantly, what I was NOT going to work on. This kept me on track and looking back now, I see how valuable it was to have Sandy's help in keeping me on the path of building a strong foundation.
